Weekend kali ini bikin suguhan buat tamu Rainbow cake kukus pake resep ci Tannia Wong.
Hasil penampakannya belum sebagus yang punya resep :)
Katanya ngirisnya lebih enak pake pisau Victorinox.



MINI RAINBOW ROLL CAKES by Tannia Wong

Bahan:
Kuning telur 4 btr
Putih telur 8 btr kocok sampai kaku
Gula 200gr
Emulsifier 1 sdm
Tepung segitiga 150gr
Susu kental manis 3sdm
Susu bubuk 3sdm
Minyak sayur 100ml
Kocok kuning telur, gula dan emulsifier sampai mengembang kurang lebih 7 menit.
Masukkan terigu, susu bubuk dan SKM, aduk rata.
Campurkan putih telur yg sudah dikocok kaku.
Terakhir masukkan minyak aduk perlahan.
Siapkan loyang 18x18x7 cm yg sudah dioles mentega beri alas kertas roti.
Adonan dibagi menjadi 6 bagian yg sama, beri pewarna.
Siapkan kukusan yg sudah dididihkan. Kukus lapisan pertama selama 7 menit, dan dilanjutkan lapis selanjutnya sampai yg terakhir.
Angkat dari kukusan dan iris tipis kurang dari 1/2 cm selagi panas.
Oles dengan selai, krim atau susu kental manis.
Gulung selagi hangat, jangan ditekan.

Here is the recipe ...
4 egg yolks
8 egg whites
200gr granulated sugar
1 tbs emulsifier
150gr all purpose flour
3 tbs sweet condensed milk
3 tbs milk powder
100ml vegetable oil
Food color
Mix egg yolks, emulsifier and sugar untill soft. Put in flour, milk powder and condensed milk and mix well. Put aside.
In a big bowl beat the egg whites till stiff. Mix the egg yolks mixture with the egg whites well. Lastly put in the oil and mix well.
Divide into 6 colors bowls.
Use 18x18x7 cm cake pan which already lined with baking paper.
Put the first color into the pan the steam it for 7 minutes on the pre boiled steamer.
Take it out and pour the next color on top the cake and steam it again for 7 minutes. Repeat the process till all the colors done.
Slice thinly the cake then I use blueberry jam for the filling.
Roll the cake lightly while it's stiĺl warm.
Cold cake will break.
